Upgrading Firmware from an early system
I spent hours following the instructions and advice from the support team trying to get the firmware upgraded. I was finally told I could buy a new WiFi module that would have the new firmware installed - which I did. The WiFi module does work. However, now Smartthings monitoring will not recognize my devices so the whole alarm thing is useless. ST has not been much help as they have no clue what to do next just as Konnected folks - they all tried but I have a non-functioning alarm system at a time in my families life when we need it the most.

Tech support was very helpful in troubleshooting my problem. The wifi module was bad (4 years old). They helped me select the correct replacement and led me through the flashing process. I'm back up and running!

United StatesCheap boards still prone to overvoltage
It's annoying that instead of migrating or upgrading their customers on the older v1 hardware that they're still selling these cheap boards. I've had to replace mine 3 times now over the course of 2 years, and it's getting tedious to have to reconfigure everything each time.
