My original power adapter failed to keep a consistent voltage (unusual failure perhaps because I was powering two keypads along side the main board). Konnected quickly replaced it under warranty. - great customer support here!

Previously was using 12v power from the legacy alarm panel with it's battery backup. When the old power transformer failed, it was time to move to Li backup power with this transformer. Works well.
