Great option to integrate with Homekit!
The setup of the board was very easy. I used a HomeAssistant integration together with a Homekit integration to expose the whole alarm system in the Home app. So far so good! I get notification about each door/window being opened/closed, I can turn on/off all the buzzers and the siren plus all is also set up as an alarm system which can be armed through the Home app. Just what I wished for and the technical support was very understanding and helpful.
Replacement for original panel
Had this for 2 months when it failed. Great customer service from Nate and his crew in sending a replacement. The panel worked and I got it on line eventually. The OUT has no power (was supposed to have 3,2v) fortunately I am not using it. Also #1 zone has no power. Same problem on original. But for what I need i got in working.
Better support for Homebridge and Homekit needed
The website and videos have to provide better support for Homebridge and Homekit integration. There is hardly any information available on the web and the setup can be very frustrating.
Amazing Product followed up with 5-Star Customer Service
I've been using Konnected boards since their inception. I've owned the v1 and most current v2 alarm boards and could not be happier with them. The boards are easy to wire, setup and integrate flawlessly to Hubitat (and previously I had them connected to SmartThings). The service at Connected is beyond reproach Nate & Team truly take customer service to the next level. From answering questions on the forums (even not their own) to reaching out directly if an issue cannot be resolved online. I do not see any reason I would ever need a different solution and I have recommended them to several friends who feel the same way.
