    Know defective usb connector

    I was on the bleed edge of the Konnect Pro, I just recently went to update the firmware. And the usb connector just fell off with no pressure at all, the only option that was presented was a 20% discount code, no replacement, no repair.

    Best board for updating a wired alarm system

    Excellent board for updating a legacy wired alarm system to bring it into the 21st century with remote monitoring and control. I installed mine 1 year ago using he Hubitat hub which keeps control the local network. I found the Hubitat hub very functionally robust and relatively easy to understand and setup. The online help and documentation is very helpful and neccessary. Any project of this scope and nature does require a sound understanding of electrical circuitry and can become very detailed, but for the most part straightforward.
