Hi Nate, I purchased the Konnect Board and the DC Power Screw. I ran power over to my Alarm system so didn't need it. However the Konnect Board w/WiFi is working just fine and is in Operation. I think I'll be purchasing the Battery Power Backup for the System. Great Setup. I was able to bring all Sensors and Siren over to connect to my Smart Things App.

Excellent, made it easy to use my existing attic power wiring, I just had to plug in the new power source, add the adapter and screw the terminals to the wires that go to the panel.
