Infinitely Expandable

Most traditional alarm systems are limited to 8 or 12 zones, forcing you to group multiple sensors together into a zone. Konnected is infinitely expandable, allowing you to have granular visibility into each and every door, window, motion, and other sensor in your home. Each 6-zone module operates independently, and the system can be expanded easily at any time by simply adding more modules.

Replace Those '90s era Keypads with Beautiful Wall-Mounted Smart Home Displays

Your house will look great with beautiful full-color wall-mounted control panels in place of those ugly decades old keypads on your wall. Once you convert your alarm system into a smart home system with Konnected, you don't need keypads. Your system can be fully controlled by your smart phone and even automated based on presence! Important note: Touch-screen tablet and wiring accessories are not included in the Konnected Alarm Panel conversion kits. This is an optional DIY addition to the Konnected system. You will need a 12v to 5v USB power converter and possibly an extra power supply.

Requires a Compatible Smart Home Hub

Why re-invent the wheel when there are already great smart home security options on the market? Konnected is not a standalone app, and requires either a SmartThings Hub, Hubitat Elevation hub, or Home Assistant or OpenHAB service (running on a Raspberry Pi or other server) to function in your home. The Samsung SmartThings hub retails for about $70 and comes with a free iOS and Android app.	Home Assistant is an open source home automation hub that can be run on a Raspberry Pi 3 model B or many other ways.
