Previously was using 12v power from the legacy alarm panel with it's battery backup. When the old power transformer failed, it was time to move to Li backup power with this transformer. Works well.

I recently decided to give Konnected a shot instead of buying a whole new Smart Security system and I am glad I did. I bought 2 boards, the power adapter and a splitter. Everything is working great, I am using the old wired sensors that were in my house already along with the wired siren. Great work Nate and team.

The voltage is not perfectly 12v. It fluctuates between 14 and 15v and so it causes hissing noises on the Konnected boards

The larger power supply easily powers multiple units with no issue and a single cord going into the box
