DC to USB-C Power Delivery (USB-PD) Fast Charging Converter
$22.95
Power any USB-C device directly from any DC power source. The Konnected DC to USB-C PD Converter accepts 10–30V DC input and outputs a USB-C Power Delivery port at up to 65W. It delivers 3.25A max at each voltage level — roughly 16W at 5V, 29W at 9V, 39W at 12V, 49W at 15V, and 65W at 20V. Voltage is negotiated automatically with your device.
Unlike our simple 5V USB adapter, this converter selects the right voltage automatically. Connect it and plug in your device — it handles the rest, outputting 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 20V depending on what your device requests.
Common Uses
- Alarm panel tablet power — wire directly to your alarm panel's 12V aux supply to keep a wall-mounted iPad or Fire tablet charged 24/7
- Vehicle hardwire — splice into a car, truck, RV, or boat's 12V/24V system for a permanent, charge-speed USB-C port
- Raspberry Pi 5 — powers the Pi 5 via USB-PD; note that maximum output is 3.25A per voltage level (~16W at 5V, ~29W at 9V). Sufficient for typical workloads, but may not cover the Pi 5's full 27W peak demand unless USB-PD negotiates above 5V
- Solar systems — connect to a solar charge controller's aux output and run USB-C loads from your battery bank
Input connects via bare wire leads — no proprietary connector. Wire directly to your DC source with standard butt connectors or terminal blocks. Reverse polarity protection means a miswired connection won't damage the unit.
Supports USB PD 3.0, PD 2.0, PPS, QC 3.0, QC 2.0, AFC, FCP, and Apple/Samsung fast-charge protocols.
